Store in a cool, dark place at all times to maintain highest quality. Once the maple syrup container is opened, the syrup should be kept under refrigeration. If mold forms on the top of the syrup, it can be restored by reheating it to its boiling point, skimming and then straining it through a coffee filter, or similar filter. Place in a clean jar.
